Wichita Food Co-op Picnic July 20, 2008 We had 35 folks attend our July picnic, lots of great food, and good, kind of warm, weather. We were busy and forgot the camera, none the less, lots of great memories. Burgers off the grill included: emu, venison, beef and buffalo. In addition there was a lamb shoulder roast, emu roast and buffalo arm roast. Many great, fresh fruit and garden salads rounded out the menu. Highlights included fresh peach cobbler and fresh raspberry pie. Earth Day Picnic April 22, 2008 What a wonderful party. Thank you to the secret elves that picked up, stored food, and watched after the children. Such a great crowd. I know several of my friends that came will be making purchases soon. View the photos.
